Yummy Thai food but my own personal HELL!!

Randy and I decided we wanted to go out to diner tonight. We have the 7.5 month old and our 5 year old. We choose a yummy Thai restaurant that we have both been wanting to go to.

Our first Problem- When we walked it in it was beautiful, quite, and peaceful.....Yes, when you have a baby and an obnoxious 5 yr old this setting is just asking for it.
Right off the bat ( we will call him 5) 5 was acting a fool. I mean he was banging on the plate with his utensils. I looked at him sternly and told him to stop. He told me in a loud voice ..

" MOM, I cant stop! I need to practice my parade music today!!!"

Where the heck does he get this crap!!!! I could tell Randy was getting irritated with Miguel too which stressed me out even more. 5 can not seem to sit flat on his seat. He has to be on his knees, Half on half standing, or UNDER the dang table. OMG

Then here comes ( we will call the baby BABY) BABY. He is at the stage were he needs to touch everything and then he throws it on the floor. The screams and wants it again. He thinks he is a big boy and can eat big boy food. All he wanted to do was suck on cucumber slices which quickly ran out.

The Lastly here comes Kid #3 and we will call him RANDY ( yes, RANDY aka DAD). He has this fascination with feeding our baby everything. I mean seriously, He thinks he can feed him everything. I cant look away for two seconds without seeing him putting a spoon full of spicy Thai soup in his mouth! Seriously spicy Thai soup....Does he know what will come outta his arse after that!!!!!

Needless to say it was not relaxing at all... But as I type this I realize its part of everyday life of a MOTHER!!!! Which I wouldn't take back ever!!!!!

Have Ants? Have Kids? NO need for chemicals..

So the last week we have been over run by a zombie clan of massive ANTS... We cleaned every thing top to pottom made sure there was no food hidden in kids rooms and still they seemed to come back and over run certain parts of our home in this perfect little assembly line...

I personally do not like using chemicals around my kiddos as fear of the long term side effects of pesticides. After much research I found some very helpful and great Natural Ant Killers and deterants. I am so excited because they all worked and my kids are healthy.

1. Baby Powder. Ants are killed by baby powder. Baby powder is really just Diatomaceous earth, a safe and natural substance. Pets will ignore baby powder and children aren't affected by it at all. Place a line of baby powder around windows, doors, and cracks, and you'll virtually eliminate your ant problem overnight.

2.Coffee- Coffee is the second natural ant repellent I'm going to talk about here. Ants hate coffee, so they won't cross a line of it. You can use coffee in much of the same way as you use baby powder. Almost everyone has coffee in their cupboard, so it is an easy solution. But don't think you need to use the expensive stuff - generic is good enough for ants!

3. Cream of Wheat- The final natural ant repellent I'd like to share in this article is Cream of Wheat. Cream of Wheat is a natural bait for ants. The workers take the cereal back to the nest where they share the food with all of the ants. When Cream of Wheat comes into contact with the internal fluids of the ant, it explodes. This is a way to take care of the entire ant problem with a bang.

This info was taken from http://ezinearticles.com/?Natural-Ant-Repellent&id=1315225

I tested all the forms and not only did it work but it made my house smell of powder and coffee which is pleasant..lol

more to come..... have something you want me to try.. just let me know and Ill post my experience...

The Bad Mommy award!

So here is my bad mommy moment for the week ( more to come ). So like every family now-a-days times are tough financially. I am not on WIC so buying formula is tough and expensive. I started out breastfeeding and slowly I am starting to transfer to formula during the day and nursing at night. We were down to the bottom of a can of formula when he went to work on Thursday night ( he gets paid friday) so we knew we would just go shopping in the morning to get more. GUESS What!!! His work sent him to Dallas and he was stuck there till Saturday night. Here I am no car ( we only have 1 ), no bank card ( he had it in his wallet), and only a check book. So friday rolls around and I ran outta formula! I tried nursing and didnt produce enough. I feed him 2 cans of food which he ate, but i kknew he would want his bottle before bed. I started to pannic. I couldn't find anyone who could take me or allow me to write them a check. So finally I got a hold of my EX husband who was with his girlfriend and asked him to go buy be some formula and I w ould pay him back. Luckily he was kind enough to help me out and got formula for my baby and dropped it off when he picked up our son.

What ex husband would buy his ex wife formula for another mans baby with out a blink of an eye? Mine would!! Why?, because we are two grown ass adults who decided not to have a bad relationship and remain friends for the sake of our child Miguel. Although he was a sucky ass boyfriend and husband...he is a great friend and for that I am thankfulll...

Moral of the story.... Be prepared, dont run out of formula, and respect your ex..!!!!!

Our secret Hide out at seaworld

So while we were at Seaworld we we were hot and tired of the Intense crowd. So we found this spot next to the Journey to Atlantis ride that gets splashed A LOT. There wasn't too many people and was nice to cool off. We spent like almost an hour getting wet! TOO FUN!!

Miguel in LOve with a wrestler.

My 5 year old son has found his first love. I should be happy and proud I raised such a loving little man but maybe in need to teach him some "Taste" as too what kinda of woman he "loves". While watching WWE wrestling with the older boys I witnessed something quit funny. Al of a sudden the next wretler to come out was Layla. Layla was wearing tight spandex style red pleather pants, A little red bra, and covered with heavy make-up and curly huge hair. Instantly my Miguel spits out " OMG, she is sooooo beautiful mom. I love her!"

We all kinda started laughing including the older boys due to his seriousness we was showing. I mean he was serious as a heart attack!

Later that i day I was telling Randy about what happened and I wanted Miguel to tell him the details and this is how it went.

MOM- " Miguel, Tell Randy who you love and thought was beautiful!"
MIGUEL- " her name is Layla, and she was wearing red pants and.... and....and.... (trying to think of a certain word) MOM, what is that thing you waer that Holds in your boobie milk?"

MOM- "umm... a bra?"
MIGUEL- " yeah a red BRA. she was beautiful!!! I told her that if she doesn't WIN she cant Have ME.."

BY now we are cracking up!

MIGUEL-" I just love her MOM."

So great. My future daughter-in-law is a skantly dressed wrestler with a red " boobie-milk" BRA. I do have say I like the fact he choose the brunette over the big breasted blondes. But does that help the matter at all?...

OHHH boy I have a long life ahead of me!!!!

Fathers Day with all the boys

So this Fathers day we had all the boys this year. We had a bar-b-que on Friday with Joseph and Chrystal, baby JOJO, Caleb, and our boys. Then on Saturday Randy bought all of us Seaworld passes for two years and we spent the day at the park. Sunday morning we went to breakfast with Randy, me , and all the boys again. Unfortunatly we have to go to the softball field today and play 2 games. All in all we had a great time spending it with all of us together for once and the boys getting along ( somewhat)..lol
